REFUND POLICY

All written materials and consultation services must be paid in full receipt of completed product; completed work will not be released until full payment is made, unless alternative billing arrangements have been made in advance. Résumés may take 3 days to complete, but this is only a general guideline. Higher Résumé Design reserves the right to prolong this time period when necessary. Please note: Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client - please be certain to verify all dates, spelling of proper names, etc. There are no refunds for services received from Higher Résumé Design. However, the client may terminate services at any time, and which case Higher Résumé Design will only be paid for the work that had been completed at that point in time.

MISREPRESENTATION

The client hereby agrees that any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in any final materials provided to the client by Higher Résumé Design is not our responsibility, and that the client had ample opportunity to review the materials and approve all content prior to it’s delivery and/or reproduction.
